Below are a few reasons why coming into the office will elevate your team:
- Training by yourself is tough. Gathering the team together face-to-face creates a sense of “we’re all in this together”.
- Overhearing conversations can help connect the dots with learning. There’s value out of conversation.
- The best ideas happen unplanned and organically. Being physically present with your team encourages those unplanned conversations that often lead to breakthrough ideas.
Ultimately, being in the office encourages learning and creativity more than remote work ever will.
