What is networking?
- Every broker needs to build relationships. Replace the word networking with relationships.
- Networking is developing a personal relationship where people take your call or call you back.
What is not networking?
- Networking is not running around getting business cards, adding a contact to your phone or OneSource, or adding someone on LinkedIn.
- Networking is not about you. It has to be about the other person.
