- Lots of questions & very hands-on
- Alternatively, very hands-off
- Difficult Negotiator
- Unrealistic
- Demanding
- Over-bearing
- Just an asshole
Craig’s 3 Things to Do When Managing a Difficult Client:
- Call them right away – Don’t email or text. Be a buffalo!
- Overcommunicate – It’s always more than just one phone call.
- Spell it out – Work the deal, get through the nitty gritty.
