Craig’s 3 Things to Do When Managing a Difficult Client:

  1. Call them right away – Don’t email or text. Be a buffalo!
  2. Overcommunicate – It’s always more than just one phone call.
  3. Spell it out – Work the deal, get through the nitty gritty.
